We maintain the right to cancel a charter due to dangerous sea conditions - this does not include rain. The decision to cancel a charter due to weather conditions is made by our Captains and the manager of The Fish House. Clients may cancel a charter 2-weeks prior to date of charter and receive a full refund, weather cancellations made by The Fish House entitle clients to a full refund of their deposit (not fishing licenses).
